Here is my top 10 list of skills for students to have when working to become media literate:
The above skills should all come into account for students when aiming at becoming media literate. It is the role of the teacher, however, to observe and direct the students in the appropriate manner so that the students can achieve their goal of media literacy. Teachers must ask questions that require the students to critically analyze the information that is being taken in, as well as giving the students the freedom to explore the information.
